Before the Coffee

Hello world!

Everything has to start somewhere, even a trip of 1000 miles starts with the first step.

HDR Image: HDR thoroughly opens shadow details so efficiently this tunnel looks like it has plenty of light inside. But, if you walk just past the orange graffiti, there is  a cut-out that looks like a door, it’s hard to see your feet there.   7 images at 1EV spacing merged to HDR in PM.

A trip begins

  1. Ferrell – I love this tunnel picture. It is shadow-opening all right – the unbending, curvature, multiple-level sensory ride really brings me in like the bottom of an inevitable well as well as the light of sky, and a cave in the ocean, all equally engrossing and compelling. Thanks for sharing these.
